Listing Assistance is $500+ GST payable upon settlement, withdrawal of listing or termination of agreement with @realty.

Offer Inclusions are:

• Draft offer/contract document

• Creation of Offer record.
  Sending a copy of the contracts to all parties.

• Email blast to buyers list about the Sold Listing.
